This one had me thinking…
A cozy retreat that surprised us! The service was impeccable, with staff ready to accommodate our every need. Breakfast featuring exquisite fried cottage cheese rolls left a lasting impression. Plus, Troy’s tips for our Niagara trip were invaluable. The area is bustling with friendly spots too—don’t skip Colter Bay for delicious food!

I enjoyed my stay, thanks to the clean and comfortable room, as well as the delicious hot breakfast. However, the lack of hot water during our visit was disappointing, and the exterior construction noise in the morning was a bit disruptive. Overall, this place offers a good experience minus a few shortcomings.

It was just a reliable pick for a quick layover in Buffalo with best value. The lady at the desk was super nice and always smiling. Try to snag a room facing away from the street for a quieter night.

missingWrote a review on Jun 01cozy lobbyinteresting elevatorconvenient locationsmall parking
The location is solid, near restaurants and attractions that make exploring easy. The lobby has a cozy feel with a unique elevator that draws some attention with its design.
The shower in my King Room had no curtain, leading to water splattering everywhere, leaving the bathroom a soggy mess. Parking is limited, making it hard to find a spot, especially during busy times. To top it off, the smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the corridors and the room I received wasn’t properly deodorized, which can be an issue if you're sensitive to such odors.
